The experience of the Management Team far and wide broaden to a choice of fields like identifying and purchasing residential plots, Civil Construction activities, Quality Management, Operations and Finance. Process Performance
Civil Engineering Enterprises has been focusing only in the field of civil constructions within Chennai operations and we have no branches. We have kept this institution on track in the year 1985 with a very minimum of 6 labors with the proprietor alone as the chief and today, but for the constant hard work, the strength of work force has been increased to a commendable number of 128 qualified and experienced civil engineers and other related administrative experts along with a labor strength of 1250 including Masons, Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers, Painters, Female Coolies etc.

We are mainly concentrating on construction of small type flat system not exceeding maximum 6 numbers in one building
Chief Engineer is the main governing body under whom various departments are functioning. Each site will be looked after by the qualified Civil Engineers right from day one till the completion of the project and handing over the same to all the flat owners and also till the moment the Flat Owners’ Association is formed.
The customer inter-action during the course of construction is very high like we inter-act with customers during foundation stage, lintel stage, roof concreting stage, inner cement plastering stage, inner finishing stage, outer finishing stage and of course, elevation to know the priorities of the customers and we always give them a chance to be the part of construction.
Before we deliver the flat to a customer, Quality inspections are carried out by the Chief Engineer along with Quality Engineers in presence of the flat owner thereby giving an opportunity for the flat owner also to be a part of final inspection. All points found during the final inspection will be attended by the Site Engineers concerned and the flat owners will be invited for cross checking the same and also to issue a final certificate by the Flat Owner stating the completion of his/her flat.
We offer a life time free repair service connected to plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
The most important feature in our contract is that no escalation at any point of time is charged on the customer. Also, we never charge interest on the customer for late payment to some reasonable limit.
We have separate experts working under Operations Management to process Housing Loans for our customers from various Nationalized and Corporate Banks including Canara Bank, L.I.C, H.D.F.C.AXIS Bank, etc. All the legal and technical clearance matters will be taken care by our team in co-operation with the respective banks offering housing loan.
We allot UDS based on the proportion of flats and all the UDS registration will be carried out before we commence the construction activities which show the fact that all our proposed flats are sold before we commence the construction activities.
We have constructed empty number of flats for staff members of various banks who are all may be Chief Executives of leading Banks now and we do not want to mention the name of the persons here for official reasons.
We never demand advance payment from the housing loan and we are very strict in collecting our funds from the housing loan based on the Payment Schedule and also strictly based on the progress of work only.
We normally complete a project within maximum period of 8 months. We receive the entire housing loan from the respective banks within 4 to 5 months and the last 3 months will be a final touch ups and handing over of the flat to the flat owner.
