If needed, after making the necessary changes the drawings will be finalised and the same will be sent for approval. As a result, the client gets the complete picture of the whole project and the customer gets his Dream House within his Affordability, according to his Taste and the Area Preferred as well. We also extend value added services to the clients like arranging the bank loans and locating the land in the prefered area etc.
We provide budget oriented houses starting from 25 lakhs onwards, and we also arrange bank loans from both MNC and Nationlaized banks. We can arrange loans for Professionals, Self employed like Doctors, Consultants of any sector and people who do not have I.T returns or bank operations especially small entreprenures like shop keepers, owners of medical shops, provisional stores, beauty parlours, small hotels, bakeries, tea shops, vegetable vendors, mechanics etc
